It’s ok, til it’s not, is a collaborative effort between 2 very different, spiritually grounded women: Laura Weigel and Jaimee Shapira.
Laura is a teacher, mother, trauma survivor, seeker, holistic practitioner and soul guidance advisor.
Jaimee is a mind/body transformational coach who combines her vast knowledge of emotional intelligence, philosophy, and the human body with a constant “student of life” attitude.
They are excited to talk to you about real life, in vulnerable and authentic ways. They hope to help move you thru struggles, remind you that you are not alone, provide tangible practices to support you in personal growth, all while not taking themselves too seriously.
'Cause as the great philosopher, Tiger Woods once said.. "if you can’t laugh at yourself.. who can you laugh at?"

"It's Ok, 'Til It's Not"
It’s ok, til it’s not, is a collaborative effort between Jaimee who is an author, and mind/body transformational coach who combines her vast knowledge of emotional intelligence, philosophy, and the human body with a constant “student of life” attitude and Rachel, who on paper is an entrepreneur, 500 E-RYT yoga teacher, Ayurvedic Wellness Consultant with a Bachelors in Cultural Anthropology...and in the day to day she is just a lover of the conscious journey of being human, explorer of shadow work, that loves to cook and alchemize life uniquely.
They are excited to talk to you about real life in vulnerable and authentic ways. They hope to help move you thru struggles, remind you that you are not alone, provide tangible practices to support you in personal growth, all while not taking themselves too seriously.
