This is the foundation of functional movement & mobility. We cover all aspects of movement methodology thru lecture and interactive instruction. This info can be applied to an existing home practice or the beginning of how you apply it to your students experience. *the second half (10 hrs) is for those going on to the certification. This will be attended virtually and designed to cater to the individual needs as they require (ie: yoga teachers -vs- trainers -vs- athletic coaches)
