(why I so kindly get called #SillyGeekyEncyclopiedic)
Let’s talk about our thoughts and emotions, many of which are driven by subconscious beliefs and experiences, are a powerful force that can aid or degenerate our health.
Each emotion has its own vibratory signature, and when intense emotions are felt and not processed they can become trapped in our bodies, much like a ball of energy.
These “balls of energy” can become lodged just about anywhere in our bodies, where they can then cause disruptions in the energy (nervous) system, which underlies and controls the physical system
Our bodies are both biochemical and biophysical, and disruptions in our field of energy will eventually result in physical dysfunction
Thinking of our bodies as a conglomerate of densely packed energies rather than material cells will also help us understand that an important factor in the root cause of disease is really inharmonious activity at the energetic, subatomic level.
The American Medical Association says 80% of all health problems are stress related, and even the super conservative CDC has stated that 85% of all diseases appear to have an emotional element!!
Note: The classic definition of stress is “any real or imagined threat, and your body’s response to it.” Research has shown that our body’s natural stress response can have a significant impact on everything from immune function and brain chemistry, to blood sugar levels, hormonal balance, and so much more.
Now, if our emotions allow us to “see” our conscious mind, where do we look to observe our subconscious mind?
What if I said our bodies ARE our subconscious mind. 🤔
So our subconscious is actually nowhere near as hidden as we might think... our subconscious is speaking to us loud and clear all the time. To “hear” what it’s saying, all we have to do is notice what’s going on in our body.
